The nut can be loosened, and the tail shaft and the cylinder are returned to the rear end to re-align and then tighten.
2. The tail shaft is protruding, but the extension is not in place:
The tail shaft is protruding, but the extension is not in place or the locking is not in place, and an alarm occurs. You can press the reset button and try again. If you can’t solve it, you need to open the tail box and adjust the position of the tail shaft forward position sensor. Determine whether the tail shaft advance position sensor is damaged. Call up the diagnostic screen, check whether the change status of the power-on and power-off sensor in the computer is normal, move the sensor by hand, and the indicator light on and off is consistent with the changes in the computer.

4. The tail shaft cylinder does not act:
It may be that the solenoid valve is damaged. You can manually press the solenoid valve manual button for manual operation. At the same time, press and hold the mold clamping, advance and retreat solenoid valve, and the tail shaft advances. Just press and hold the clamping solenoid valve, and the tail shaft moves back. It can be judged whether the solenoid valve is damaged by manual operation, and it can also be judged by referring to the status of the indicator lights of other solenoid valves.
